We serve residential customers throughout Southern, Central, and Northeastern America and deliver to any address in the continental United States. Whether you're relocating a studio apartment across town or a four-bedroom house to another state, we assign a crew and equipment matched to your home size and inventory. Crew sizes range from 2 to 4 movers depending on volume and special handling needs.

Hourly rates, transparent estimate
Local home moves are billed by the hour based on crew size and services selected. A one-time service fee covers truck use, fuel, and tolls. Every quote is itemized so you know the full cost before moving day.

Long-Distance Residential Moving
Volume-based, written estimate
Long-distance home moves are priced by shipment volume and distance. Rates range from $2.00 to $7.50 per cubic foot. Every project receives a written estimate before booking. We operate under USDOT #3426104 and MC #1108808.

From first contact to final delivery, every step is straightforward. You get a clear, itemized estimate, a confirmed crew, and a team that coordinates pickup, transport, and placement so you can focus on settling in.
1. Inventory & Quote
We review your home size, item list, and any specialty pieces to prepare an accurate, itemized estimate. Local moves are quoted by the hour; long-distance moves by cubic footage and distance. No obligation—just a clear breakdown before you decide.
2. Schedule & Confirm
Pick a move date that works for you. We confirm crew size, arrival window, and any packing or disassembly needs ahead of time. Short-notice availability may be possible depending on scheduling.
3. Packing & Preparation
Our team wraps and protects furniture, boxes fragile items, and prepares specialty pieces for safe loading. Disassembly of beds, desks, and large items is handled by our crew where needed.
4. Loading & Transport
We load your belongings systematically, securing everything to prevent shifting in transit. For long-distance moves, items are tracked and transported directly to your new address—or to our warehouse if you need temporary storage first.
5. Delivery & Walkthrough
At the new home, we place furniture room by room and reassemble what was disassembled. We do a final walkthrough with you to confirm everything arrived in good condition. Payment is collected upon completion.

We hired EASTLAND Movers for a MD to PA move in early February 2025. The crew showed up promptly with 5 movers and 2 trucks. They got started right away and did an excellent job! Yes, a few small gouges and scratches on some of the furniture though nothing was broken or severely damaged. They wrapped and packed very well. Also, the guys were very polite! Highly recommend!
